Usdaw supporting members through a Primark store management restructure

Date: 20 January 2022 Fashion retailer Primark has today announced a proposal to restructure management roles in stores, retail trade union Usdaw will support members affected through the process.
Dave Gill – Usdaw National Officer says: “We have been briefed by Primark of their proposal to restructure store management. Usdaw reps will now enter into meaningful consultation talks with the company, where we will examine the business case for this proposal. Our priority is to save jobs and keep as many staff as possible employed within the business. In the meantime we are providing our members with the support, advice and representation they need though this process.”
