Our ISAs

Stocks and Shares ISA

With cash interest rates close to record lows, you could find that a Stocks and Shares ISA gives you better returns. We aim to pay an annual bonus to help your savings grow and have paid out an annual bonus for 12 consecutive years, although as with any investment this is not guaranteed.

So whether you’re saving for a holiday, a new car or a new home, take advantage of your annual ISA allowance to make the most of your savings. Savings start from just £30 a month, but you can also choose to pay in lump sums as and when you please, without the need for a monthly commitment. We’re here for you when you need the money too, and we don’t charge you a fee for making a withdrawal from your ISA.

Junior ISA

Would you like to provide your child with a nest egg to help get them off to a better start in adult life? Whether you want to help your child with the costs of university, buy their first car or even put something towards a deposit on their first home, then a Junior ISA can help you to achieve that.

You can choose a saving style to suit you and your child, from regular monthly payments of £10 at a time, to lump sum deposits when you wish. To open a plan with a lump sum, you simply need to deposit an initial minimum amount of £100, followed by further investments of at least £10 at a time, which can be as often as you like.

Our Tax-Exempt Savings Plans

Bonus Plan

Our Bonus Plan is a tax-exempt savings plan that allows you to save for your long-term future, over a period of between 10 and 25 years. Unlike a normal savings account, your money will be free from income tax and capital gains tax, and when your plan ends the money you withdraw from it will be tax-free.
The minimum monthly savings amount is £10, whilst you can also save up to £25 a month. Additionally, the Bonus Plan includes a sum assured, meaning that if you die during the term of the plan, then your family will receive a guaranteed cash lump sum.

Young Saver Plan

We know that it’s not only parents that want to help to save towards the future of a child they care about, which is why our Young Saver Plan is available to anyone, whether you are a parent, grandparent, other family member or friend.
With our Young Saver Plan you can save from as little as £7.50 a month, tax-efficiently. Additionally, the plan comes with a range of other features, including sickness benefits to help you look after the child if they become ill, whilst you can also withdraw 25% of the money on their 11th birthday, to help with things such as school uniform.

5 Year Fixed Rate Bond

Our 5 Year Fixed Rate Bond offers a guaranteed interest rate of 2.95% AER every year for 5 years.

The minimum lump sum that you can save is £1,000 and the maximum is £125,000. Additionally, 100% of your savings are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), so you know your money is safe.

It's important to understand that you will have to commit to saving a lump sum for 5 years, so it's designed for saving money you won't need to access in the short-term. However, if you can save a lump sum for this period, then you'll receive a rate of interest that is guaranteed for this period of time.
