Delegates at the annual Usdaw conference in Blackpool have today backed a call for the union to run workplace campaigns to support workers going through the menopause and secure better rights from employers. Usdaw will also support World Menopause Day on 18 October.

Retail trade union Usdaw has today opened their 75th annual conference with an address from the President. This is the first in-person Annual Delegate Meeting (ADM) for three years, with around 1,000 delegates, visitors and officials attending the Winter Gardens in Blackpool.
