Improving Insolvency: Debt Justice want to hear from you

The Government is reviewing personal insolvency laws and this is a big opportunity for us to change the rules so more people can get out of debt.

Insolvency is the legal route for unpayable debts to be written off, but the process can take years and costs money. This must change, with debt levels soaring, more of us need a way to get our debts written off more easily.

People that have experience of debt are always best placed to know what needs to change, so Debt Justice want to hear from you, especially, if you have been through insolvency – whether that’s an Individual Voluntary Agreement (IVA), Debt Relief Order (DRO) or Bankruptcy.

Fill in the survey at: https://act.debtjustice.org.uk/insolvency and we’ll make sure your views are heard.
